Easter 2017 at Caistor Hall Hotel

The clocks have changed and so has the weather – Spring is finally upon us! It’s beautiful here at Caistor Hall all year round, but our grounds are especially delightful at this time of year. If you like gardens, you’ll love the view of the hotel grounds from our restaurant. Our large windows give you plenty of time to admire the view and, of course, to chat to friends or family. You are welcome to have a stroll before or after your meal. As we are never sure what the weather will be like on the day, though, Caistor Hall is equally as welcoming on a rainy day. There are plenty of sofas and other seating for you to relax either side of your meal. The bar is available for drinks or we can serve tea and coffee. Afternoon tea is also available most days. We are fully open over the Easter Weekend. If you don’t fancy a full Sunday Lunch, lighter meals are also available.

What’s For Dinner This Autumn?

That age-old dilemma – what to eat for dinner. Well, what about dining at Caistor Hall in Norfolk? No need to worry about whether you have food in the fridge, or who likes what. The restaurant is open from 6 pm to 9.30pm every evening and you can choose from such sumptuous dishes as Norfolk mussels in cream and white wine sauce, 8oz Sirloin steak, Pan fried duck breast, sweet potato fondant, curly kale and winter berry jus, or the vegetarian option – crispy vegetable quinoa cakes. For a starter you can choose from the homemade soup of the day with warm bread, local game and chorizo terrine, fired mackerel fillet, deep fried crispy brie, Norfolk mussels. It  is time to discover  just how much Caistor Hall Hotel has to offer locals looking to dine out in Norfolk. Picture a glorious summer evening, you’ve been working all day and you really fancy unwinding over a lovely meal in relaxed, peaceful surroundings.  Just 3 miles south of Norwich, Caistor Hall Hotel, set in beautiful, tranquil grounds offers just that. You can enjoy a pitcher of Pimms & Lemonade on the terrace (or a local ale) before heading into the stunning ballroom restaurant to enjoy a tasty meal from the new summer menu whilst still enjoying the views of the pretty gardens.
