Clubs, Societies and Yoga At Caistor Hall

IMG_0521Looking for a great venue for your club or society in South Norfolk, or maybe somewhere to run a workshop or training session?
Caistor Hall is a very welcoming, laid back country hotel just 4 miles from Norwich, 2 miles from Stoke Holy Cross and 3 miles from Poringland.

It is set in delightful, peaceful grounds and has an air of gentility, which is perhaps why people are a sometimes surprised when they find out that Caistor Hall plays host to a number of local clubs and organisations who hold regular events there, and welcomes everyone with open arms.

There’s a great selection of rooms, halls and spaces which can be hired to suit your requirements. The grand Ballroom is a beautiful space that is great for dining parties; this could be perfect for a dining club who like to meet and enjoy good food and good company. Equally, the room can take on a more functional role and be used for a workshop or a company training session. You can use the whole space or divide the room into two.

What better place to have your book club than in the panelled library, with open fires on chilly nights and comfy winged Chesterfield chairs.

When it comes to more rejuvenating classes, Jackie Heffer-Cooke of the Orange Grove Clinic in Norwich is a great example. Jackie holds regular YogaBub classes (baby yoga and massage classes) and YogaBud retreats (yoga day retreats for adults) at Caistor Hall, making the most of the indoor and outdoor space.

With Venta Icenorum Roman Town just across the road from Caistor Hall, Boudicca way passing right by its back door and lots of lovely tracks to walk around nearby High Ash Farm, surely Caistor Hall has to be the perfect meeting venue for walking and rambling clubs?

We think our variety of rooms would make perfect meeting spots for all types of clubs. What about dancing – ballroom, latin, country or line dancing? – Our Coach House room, with its dance floor, would be perfect for that. Or there’s Bridge Groups; chess clubs; local history societies, Women’s Institute.

We have a regular body conditioning class here weekly. So what about holding your exercise classes here?

And then there’s networking groups; Caistor Hall is a great venue for networking. The Business Woman’s Network Group meet here every first Thursday of the month in The Garden Room. This is a perfect room for such an event as it can be set up for presentations and talks and seat 22 in boardroom-style or up to 50 in theatre-style.

What about flower clubs or gardening groups, singing groups, singles clubs and lunch clubs. Whatever your group we are confident we can provide the perfect home for you.

The ideas are endless. If you would like to try us out and see just how much we have to offer, we would love to show you around.

Give us a call on 01508 494998 and we can arrange for you to come and have a look. It’s a great venue, and we guarantee a very warm welcome.
