For only £35 per person for the meal, you can choose from sumptuous delights such as:
- Medallions of pork with Pommes Anna, wilted spinach, glazed carrots and calvados sauce
- Fillet of salmon, turned potatoes, pesto, buttered puree and tomato coulis
- Braised Shoulder of English Lamb, Ratatouille Parmentier and Rosemary jus
- Wild Mushroom and tarragon risotto with rocket and parmesan Tuiles biscuit
Starters include Pan-seared King Scallops, Pressed ham hock terrine or Pan roasted mackerel fillet.
If you’re the sort of person who checks the dessert menu first, you will love the choice of apple tart and vanilla ice cream, glazed orange Brulee with shortbread biscuit or Vanilla Panna Cotta with poached rhubarb served with Tuiles biscuit.
