It’s the little things that make a difference
If you’re heading to Norwich on overnight business, you’ll obviously be searching for a venue which meets all your needs.
Caistor Hall hotel goes out of its way to make sure its corporate guests receive the very best service (and the very best price – our corporate rates are very competitive – give us a ring for details) and we provide all the facilities you would expect for your business stay. But we feel it’s the extras we can offer that make us a little different.
Our hotel is set in beautiful rolling countryside, yet just 4 miles from the heart of Norwich with very easy access from the A11, A140(A12), A47. There’s plentiful parking and even room to land a helicopter – so if it really is a flying visit, we’re the perfect spot.
Once a Georgian Family Manor built in the late 1700s, Caistor Hall retains much of its graceful grandeur which affords a relaxed, unhurried ambience. And being an old house rather than a formulaic modern hotel is what enables us to offer our business guests some useful business ‘extras’.
In addition to Six different rooms available for meetings of all shapes, sizes and formats (equipped of course with today’s modern meeting essentials – plasma screens, wifi, projectors, microphones), we have a cosy ‘snug room’ which our resident business guests can use for free. So if you are preparing work for a forthcoming meeting and find the bedroom too confining, you can spread out on the ample sized table in the snug and concentrate in peaceful solitude.
Alternatively, our serene library room (complete with open fire in cooler months) is the perfect quiet spot to read and work. It’s also great for mini meetings or an informal chat over a cup of coffee.
Palm court, an open area with cobbled-stone flooring and furnished with chesterfield-style sofas & chairs is another great space for mini meetings or post meeting break-away groups. It’s also perfect for mingling prior to or after larger gatherings. This area can also be used for smaller exhibitions.
The beautiful, landscaped gardens provide a tranquil backdrop to the hotel and a delightful setting for the hotel’s marquee (between April to September) which can host large meetings (up to 300 guests), seminars, product launches and exhibitions.
Caistor Hall makes an excellent breakfast meeting venue for both residents and non-residents. If you are a corporate guest then you can get your day off to an efficient and productive start with an early meeting. If you are non- resident, Caistor Hall is in a great location for many who commute to Norwich from the outlaying regions and will be more convenient for them than trying to get to an early meeting in the centre of the city through busy traffic. Once the meeting is done they can move onto work having avoided the rush hour – perfect.
And finally, if you are a company searching for a venue which offers complete privacy and seclusion Caistor Hall can be hired for exclusive use.
For every type of business gathering, be it a seminar, training day, team building or meetings we have the facilities, a great business support team and the idyllic location to make your gathering memorable and successful.
