This is not a trainee position, only experienced candidates should apply.
We are expecting applicants to be outgoing, charismatic, organised, highly self-motivated, enthusiastic and optimistic. Strong candidates will be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and be able to provide examples of how this has been applied in current/past job positions.
Specific responsibilities will be discussed following a successful application. Your CV should exhibit a wealth of sales and marketing experience, a stable career path, and a statement about why you wish to work within the hospitality industry

P/T RECEPTIONIST |

Candidates must be willing to work evenings and/or weekends. Work will involve duties such as organising appointments or reservations, dealing with enquiries, taking payments, keeping the reception area tidy, organising and updating of advertising literature, menus, mail outs etc. This is primarily a front of house role so candidates should be outgoing, sociable and confident, enjoy dealing with the public, have a smart appearance, have good communication skills, both spoken and written, be able to stay calm under pressure at busy times, be courteous, but firm, when dealing with difficult, impatient or distressed people, be efficient and well organised, be able to work on your own, have basic computer
skills, be able to use office equipment such as switchboards, fax machines and photocopiers, computers, and be interested in the hospitality industry.
