To the rear of this lovely villa you will be pleasantly surprised at how deceivingly large the landscaped garden is, whilst proudly boasting a variety of tropical plants to explore and fruits such as mangos, oranges, kiwi and many more for you to indulge.
This charming villa is built in a traditional style, which radiates character and is further decorated and furnished to a high standard creating a most comfortable atmosphere. There is a stone fireplace set in the spacious and well planned lounge whilst the dining room is set for the warmer weather. The villa is also equipped with air-conditioning throughout for your comfort.
The open planned kitchen is generously sized and is separated by an attractive arch with a breakfast bar from the dining area to the hallway, and is finished to a high standard to compliment the style of the villa. In addition, this smart kitchen is fully equipped with a wide range of appliances for your convenience. Leading off the living room is the double master bedroom which comes with an en suite shower room.
Leading off the lounge is the second bedroom with two single beds and an en suite shower room. Perfect for children or visitors.
Double doors lead from the lounge/dining room onto a spacious private sun terrace.
The magnificent panoramic views over Nerja only a short distance away and even more breathtaking are the splendid sights of the mountains and the Mediterranean sea.
Relax undisturbed under the sunshade, cool off in the swimming pool or enjoy the Jacuzzi.
On the Lower floor there is a very private self contained apartment with double bedroom and en suite shower room, and fully furnished and equipped kitchen.
The apartment also comes with a sofa bed in the lounge area, satellite TV and DVD player.

Car Hire is recommended. The villa is approximately 10 - 15 minutes drive along the seafront to the thriving and picturesque resort of Nerja. A stylish resort often referred to as the 'jewel in the crown' boasting character has kept its charm with quaint cobbled streets and a wealth of small shops, pavement cafes, restaurants and tapas bars. Nerja has many attractions one being the Balcon De Europa with many picturesque sandy beaches to choose from.
The Nerja Caves are an extensive network of fascinating underground caverns with an auditorium and stage where the annual Music and Arts Festival takes place. Great days out at the El Torcal National Park and not forgetting only a short drive away is the beautiful and un-spoilt village of Frigliana, or visit the splendid Mosque at Cordoba.

A 25% booking fee is payable and the remaining balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. For late bookings the total amount is payable at the time of booking. When paying by credit card a 2% handling charge will be applied. An updated inventory will be signed by a representative of Villa Jardin and the prospective occupants. Refundable breakage deposit of €150.00 will be added to your invoice. All guests are responsible for replacement, loss or repair of contents in the property and outside including the pool and
terrace areas in the event of damage or loss being detected during or on completion of the stay. It is always advisable to have private insurance cover when travelling abroad. We ensure that Health and Safety Regulations are met, however Villa Jardin will not be made responsible for any damage, or loss to any person or their property during their stay. Checking in time is 16.00 and Checking out time on the day of departure is 10.00. However, in special circumstances the management will use their discretion. A cleaner can be arranged for an additional cost of €10.00 per hour. We would appreciate your cooperation in
facilitating the maintenance of the gardens at Villa Jardin, this requires periodical visits by the gardener by prior arrangement.
