2013 Prom Package

Our prom package for 2013 based on a minimum of 100 guests is as follows:

Our room hire fee is £750.00 for the evening to include the use of our Palm court for your arrival, our marquee for the sit down meal and our coach house for evening entertainment. We also provide a photographer for the duration of the evening free of charge.

Our resident DJ is priced at £290.00 for the evening, please inform us should you wish us to check his availability. Should you rather source an independent DJ, we charge a small fee of £50.00 for the use of our lighting and equipment. If an independent DJ is sourced, we will require an entertainment disclaimer to be signed and returned prior to the event.

There are a number of options when catering for your guests ranging from a three course meal priced at £21.00 per person, a buffet at £13.95 per person or a hog roast at £16.50 per person. Please note that all prices are based for a minimum of 100 guests. Menus are available on request.

Should you wish to make a booking, please note that we do require a £500.00 deposit to secure the date along with a signed copy of our terms and conditions. The remaining balance is required eight weeks prior to the event along with a £250.00 refundable damage deposit which will be returned after the event on inspection.

Please note that our maximum capacity is 250 people in which we request final numbers and requirements are confirmed at least one month before the event.

Should you opt for the three course sit down meal, place cards and a table by table pre order form will be supplied and must be completed and returned one month prior to the event along with a table plan. Place cards must have the full name of each guest on the front with their individual menu choices on the reverse. Any last minute amendments can be made up to one week prior to your event, after this time we are unable to guarantee changes will be honoured. Please allow 2 ½ - 3 hours food service when making a decision on your seating time as evening entertainment finishes at the latest of midnight.

Security must be provided which can either be arranged through Caistor Hall Hotel at an additional cost of £200.00 or alternatively you may supply your own provided we have full details of the company. All guests should bring valid I.D with them on the night - our bar staff reserve the right to request I.D before serving alcoholic beverages.
